Okada Riders’ Suit Against Lagos Govt Struck Out By Court

The suit filed by Lagos commercial motorcyclists known as okada riders, seeking to overturn their ban by the state government, was some hours ago struck out by a Lagos Court.

It would be recalled that Justice Aishat Opesanwo of a Lagos State High Court in Ikeja, had granted accelerated hearing to the suit filed by Bamidele Aturu on behalf of the commercial motorcycle operators under the aegis of the All Nigerians Autobike Commercial Owners and workers Association, ANACOWA.

However the trial judge struck out the suit on Thursday morning.
